Lugosi is Dracula Again

Lugosi dresses up as Dracula late in his life. Again, I'm not sure what this is from... Is it "You Asked For It"? Any ideas?

    i'm pretty sure that's well-known(in the 40s and 50s)magician/spook show guy Bill Neff on the right.
