Lon Chaney's Mug Shot?

I don't believe Lon Chaney, Jr. was really in jail.  Does anyone know which film this might be from?

    It could be a shot THE INDESTRUCTIBLE MAN, though off hand I don't remember one. Lon doesn't really look like the Butcher character. I have read he was once arrested for drunk driving. It could be real...

    I figured it out!. It's BIG HOUSE U.S.A. the still even has BH in the lower left.
