    I've always rather like the Inner Sanctum films by Universal in the 1940's.
    Particularly 'Weird Woman' which was remade as 'Night of the Eagle (Burn, Witch, Burn) in the early 60's.
    Lon jnr was a more versatile performer than anyone gave him credit for at the time.
