ReplyDeleteThat is one of the changing portraits that up until a few years ago had been in the Haunted Mansion at Disneyland. It was painted by Disney Imagineer / Animator Marc Davis. I was sad to see it replaced in the Mansion as it was my favorite of all the changing portraits.
